Hook & the Daggers

To conjure make-shift ramps, jagged-edged skate punks and a bit of vintage street-thug roughness, this type was created for Hook and the Daggers, an Olympia-based punk band who took their name from a fictious gang of skate-hooligans in the '80s movie Thrashin'.

Notes

In addition to their type identity, I also worked on some imagery for their first album, which incidently was tatooed on the basist, Trisha.
