It's the right amount of bold, the right amount of sleek, the right amount of condensed, stout, and 3D. What's it NOT is available for download or purchase. This plaster-molded type set was rescued from a bingo-night marquee or perhaps a skate-rental sign at an ice rink somewhere. I'd love to reincarnate this typeface digitally, but I'm surprised I haven't come across it yet.

KWR
is a big mystery. This is what I know- it's a music crew/band/project,
and it's coming out sometime in the future. That and little
else is what I had to go on in this project. I did manage
to hear a track or two and that led to the this piece
which apparently does justice to their plans. I'll update
further because I think there's some wild stuff on the
horizon for them.

I
got the task of designing a new look for the man formerly
known as DJ Egadz... Egadz. In dropping the 'DJ' the man's
getting serious. I issued him this rich identity type
illustration and tried to make it as dense, colorful,
and technical as the sound he generates. Check out if

been has kindly asked me to conjure up some T-Shirt's
for the shop. San Diego's AM/FM Skateshop in Chula Vista

Nick
and I were asked to participate in XLR8R Magazine's Maximum
Joy event at the Adidas Originals store in San Diego.
We took the opportunity to piece together a tribute to
2001: A Space Odyssey, after watching it 5 times over
the weekend. The 10 ft. wooden monolith replica fit in
pretty well amongst all the 3-stripe paraphenalia, click
